Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of corejobmodel.com and any webinar, workshop, downloadable resource, community or paid program we provide ("Services").

The Services are provided by Prime Life Hub, a sole proprietorship of Amit Dhanawade registered in India, trading as Prime Life Hub, with registered office at Thergaon, Pune 411033, Maharashtra, India, contactable at connect@primelifehub.in and +91-7784046046.

By accessing the Site or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register or purchase, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us at connect@primelifehub.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4.1 What we provide. Free webinars, guides, checklists and templates are provided for your personal educational use.

4.2 Availability. Free sessions run on announced dates and at announced times. We may reschedule or cancel a session; if we do, we will tell registrants by email or WhatsApp and offer an alternative date.

4.3 No recording by you. You may not record, screen-capture, transmit, reproduce or publicly share any part of a live session without our prior written permission.

4.4 Our recording. We may record sessions as described in the Privacy Policy §4.4. By attending, you consent to being recorded to the extent you participate through chat, audio or video. Keep your camera and microphone off if you do not wish to be recorded. We do not promise that a recording or replay will be made available.

4.5 Bonuses and resources. Where we offer bonus materials for attending or completing a session, we determine eligibility in good faith. Bonus materials are provided free and may be varied or withdrawn for future sessions.

5.1 What you get. The specific inclusions, duration, format, access period and price of each paid program are stated on its own sales or checkout page. Those inclusions form part of these Terms for that purchase.

5.2 Payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. Payment is collected through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for gateway failures, bank declines or charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

5.3 Access. Access is personal, non-transferable and for one individual. Sharing credentials, redistributing materials, or granting access to others is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination without refund.

5.4 Program changes. We may improve, update, reorder or substitute program content, and may change instructors, session dates or delivery platform, provided the overall value and stated outcomes are not materially reduced.

5.5 Conduct. We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you harass or abuse other participants or staff, share pirated material, attempt to disrupt a session, or breach these Terms.

5.6 Refunds and cancellations. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is available at corejobmodel.com/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms.

6.1 Our content. All content on the Site and in the Services — including text, guides, checklists, slides, recordings, code samples, frameworks, diagrams, logos and the names "Prime Life Hub", "Core Job Model" and "Engineer Your Worth" — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law.

6.2 What you may do. You may download, print and use our materials for your own personal learning. You may reference and quote short extracts with attribution.

6.3 What you may not do. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, upload to any file-sharing or AI-training service, or create derivative works from our paid materials, or use our content to build or deliver a competing course or program, without our prior written permission.

6.4 Your content. If you submit questions, feedback, project work or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that material for teaching, support and promotional purposes. You can withdraw that permission for promotional use at any time by emailing connect@primelifehub.in, and we will stop using it in new material.

This section is important. Please read it.

7.1 Education, not placement. We provide education, training and mentorship. We are not a recruitment agency, a placement agency, or a staffing company. We do not guarantee, promise or undertake to provide you with a job, an interview, a job offer, an internship, a referral, a salary, a salary increase, or any specific career outcome.

7.2 Results depend on you. Your results depend on factors we do not control — your prior knowledge, the effort and time you invest, your consistency, your communication, the market at the time you look for work, and the decisions of employers. Two people taking the same program can reasonably expect different outcomes.

7.3 Examples are not promises. Any student story, testimonial, screenshot, case study, project example or salary range shown on the Site or in our materials is illustrative of what a particular individual achieved. It is not typical, average or guaranteed, and should not be relied on as a prediction of your own result.

7.4 Market information. Where we cite job-market data, listing counts, salary ranges or industry statistics, we state the source and the date observed. Labour markets change, and we make no representation that the information remains accurate after that date. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

7.5 Not professional advice. Our content is general educational material. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or career-placement advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own circumstances.

If you join our WhatsApp community or any other community we operate:

1. Be civil. Harassment, abuse, discrimination and personal attacks are not permitted.
2. No spam, promotion, recruitment or selling of your own products or services.
3. No sharing of pirated material, cracked software or paid course content.
4. Do not collect or misuse other members' phone numbers or personal information.
5. Do not screenshot and publish other members' messages outside the group.
6. Announcement groups are for our updates. Use the designated discussion group for conversation.

We may remove any member at any time, without notice, for breaching these rules. Membership of a free community is a courtesy, not a contractual entitlement.

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; scrape, crawl or harvest data except as permitted by our robots file; introduce malware; interfere with the Site's operation; impersonate any person; or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms including video-conferencing, payment, email, hosting and messaging providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings, however arising.
2. Our total aggregate liability to you, for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose — and where you paid us nothing, to ₹1,000.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Life Hub, its proprietor, employees, contractors and instructors from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to §16, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before commencing legal proceedings, you agree to raise the matter with our Grievance Officer and to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved in that period may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Pune, conducted in English.

We may amend these Terms. The current version is always at corejobmodel.com/terms with its effective date. Material changes affecting active paid programs will be notified to affected users by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
