Free sessions and downloads carry no fee, so no refund applies. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Paid programs — workshops and bootcamps
Cancel up to 48 hours before the first session and receive a full refund. Within 48 hours of the start, or after the first session has begun, the fee is non-refundable, because seats are limited and materials are released in advance.
Paid programs — longer courses and memberships
Cancel within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the content for a full refund. After that, no refund applies.
What is never refundable
- Downloadable materials once downloaded
- Sessions already attended
- Payment gateway fees, where deducted
If we cancel
If we cancel a program and cannot offer an acceptable alternative date, you receive a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email connect@primelifehub.in from the address you purchased with, stating your order ID and reason. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days; your bank may take longer.
