1. Who we are

This website, corejobmodel.com ("the Site"), is owned and operated by Prime Life Hub, a sole proprietorship of Amit Dhanawade registered in India, trading as Prime Life Hub ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at Thergaon, Pune 411033, Maharashtra, India.

  • Referring URL and the pages you visit on the Site
  • Date, time and duration of visits
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies
  • Interaction data from our emails (whether an email was opened, whether a link was clicked)

3.3 Information from third parties

If you reach us through an advertisement or a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, Google or LinkedIn, those platforms may pass us the information you submitted in that form — typically your name, email address and phone number — together with campaign identifiers. We receive this under those platforms' own terms and handle it under this policy.

3.4 Information generated during live sessions

If you attend a live webinar or class, we may record the session. Recordings may capture your display name, your chat messages and your questions, and your voice or video if you choose to unmute or turn on your camera. You are never required to turn on your camera or microphone. If you prefer not to appear in a recording, keep both off and, if you wish, use a display name that does not identify you.

3.5 Sensitive personal data

We do not seek and ask you not to send us financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive personal data. If you send such information voluntarily, we will delete it when we notice it.

4. Why we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To deliver what you asked for — sending your webinar link, reminders, downloadable guides, course access and receipts.
  2. To run our programs — enrolment, access management, support, feedback and certification.
  3. To communicate with you — replying to your questions, sending program updates and service messages.
  4. To send you marketing — educational emails, webinar invitations and information about our programs, where you have consented. You can stop these at any time.
  5. To personalise our content — using the stage and challenge you selected so that what we send you is relevant rather than generic.
  6. To measure and improve our advertising — understanding which campaigns bring people who find our sessions useful.
  7. To improve the Site and our teaching — analysing which pages and sessions work and which do not.
  8. To process payments and keep accounts — including tax and statutory record-keeping.
  9. To protect the Site — preventing fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
  10. To comply with law — responding to lawful requests and meeting our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade your email address or phone number to any third party.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, to remember you, and to measure and improve our advertising.

5.2 The third-party tools we use

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API — measuring the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and building audiences. Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — measuring the results of our LinkedIn advertising. Provided by LinkedIn Corporation.
  • Our email service provider — delivering our emails and recording opens and clicks.

These tools set their own cookies and receive data directly from your browser, including your IP address and the pages you view on our Site. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we link in §12.

5.3 Your control

  • Consent banner — non-essential cookies are not set until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in our footer.
  • Browser settings — you can block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
  • Platform opt-outs — see §12 for direct opt-out links for Google, Meta and LinkedIn.

6. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only as described here.

6.1 Service providers who process data on our behalf

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email marketing and automation platforms
  • Payment gateways and payment processors
  • Webinar and video-conferencing platforms
  • Course-hosting or learning-management platforms
  • Customer support and communication tools, including WhatsApp Business

These providers act on our instructions, are bound to keep your data confidential, and may not use it for their own purposes.

6.2 Advertising and analytics platforms

Meta Platforms, Google and LinkedIn receive data about your interactions with our Site and our ads, as described in §5. This may include a hashed version of your email address where you have consented, so that these platforms can measure results and avoid showing you ads for something you have already bought.

6.3 Other members of a program or community

If you join our WhatsApp community, your name and phone number may be visible to administrators. In a WhatsApp Community announcement group, other members generally cannot see your number; in an open group or subgroup, they can. If that matters to you, do not join, or leave at any time.

6.4 Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.

6.5 Business transfer

If our business or a part of it is sold, merged or reorganised, personal data may transfer to the acquiring entity, which will remain bound by this policy or one no less protective.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by contractual safeguards, and we transfer it only to jurisdictions not restricted by the Government of India.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you have the right to:

  1. Access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
  2. Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure — ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
  4. Withdraw consent — at any time, with the same ease as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
  5. Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (§14) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
  6. Nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have rights of data portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email connect@primelifehub.in with your request and the email address you used with us. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting.

10. Marketing communications and how to stop them

Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from marketing emails, usually immediately and always within 24 hours.

To leave the WhatsApp community, use "Exit group" in WhatsApp. To stop all communication including service messages, email connect@primelifehub.in and ask us to delete your record — note that this also removes your access to anything you have purchased.

We will always send you transactional messages relating to something you bought or registered for — your access link, receipts and service notices. Those are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from separately while you hold an active registration or purchase.

11. Age requirement

The Site and our programs are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please do not register, purchase or submit any personal information to us.

If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to connect@primelifehub.in.

We do not conduct behavioural or targeted advertising directed at children.

12. Third-party privacy policies and opt-outs

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or platforms. Read their policies before providing them data.

13. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor selection based on security posture. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
